  2. Expand the scope of this wonderful app to include measurements useful for testing and calibrating tape machines.

    This is pretty much the previously suggested allowance for other source frequencies and wow & flutter measurement, but also an option to have speed readout in inches per second.

  5. let us rename saved measurements

    Being able to save measurements is very useful, but being able to rename those would be better. It's very useful to use this when I'm testing turntables, but going back and finding the correct test is almost impossible with the generic date/time names.

  6. Please provide samples of measurement results.

    The measurement values of Platterspeed is interesting in itself but would be more useful if they could be compared with other results for good record players.

  17. Instead of greenbars to show mic level, how about db or something more informative

    Like showing what the threshold is for sample processing and where you are relative to that threshold, volume-wise.

    Instead of running around to your speakers, and waving the phone around to pickup the signal, a start sample button would be nice.

  19. Save (display) measured RPM and Hz when measurement complete, or show in chart.

    Simple, just don't have the app clear the current speed and Hz when measurement is done. It's not shown in chart view either when you complete a test.
